Please describe yourself:

+ A. I’ve never had a cavity.

Step 3

How did your teeth get lucky?

Your healthy saliva, harmless oral bacteria, and ideally shaped teeth are all naturally balanced to create the perfect, cavity-free environment!

Step 3

90% of adults have had a cavity.

Most of your friends & family don't have a naturally balanced mouth like yours. Instead, their unhealthy saliva tries to fight incredibly harmful bacteria hiding in deep crevices of their teeth.

These and many other issues leave your friends & family extremely prone to cavities no matter how often they brush, floss, & visit their Dentist!

Step 3

The Dentist CAN'T prevent their next cavity.

A filling or crown patches the weakened area of a tooth but it doesn't prevent the rest of the tooth or teeth from weakening and forming another cavity. The Dentist does play a small part in cavity prevention a few times a year, but it's mainly up to the patient every day!

Step 3

Brushing & flossing CAN'T prevent their next cavity either.

Some people get cavities no matter how often they brush & floss, while other people brush less than once per day but never get cavities!

Step 3

What CAN protect their teeth from cavities?

Research shows over 20 different factors create an unbalanced mouth. The more factors you have, the more unbalanced your mouth becomes, and the sooner you'll get your next cavity.

In less than 5 minutes, we can determine if and when you'll get that cavity.

This 1-hour online class customizes the research for anyone's mouth so they can easily eliminate every factor, strengthen their teeth, and save thousands of dollars at their Dentist.

+ B. My last cavity was LESS than 3 years ago.

Step 3

Your NEXT cavity is already on its way.

Like muscles, your teeth are either getting stronger or they’re getting weaker. Since you recently had a cavity, we know your teeth are getting weaker and the cavity-causing bacteria are winning the war in your mouth.

Step 3

Your Dentist CAN'T prevent your next cavity.

Step 3

+ C. My last cavity was MORE than 3 years ago.

Step 3

Most fillings only last 5-7 years.

All fillings weaken, crack, or wear down leaving gaps in between the fillings and tooth. Harmful bacteria quickly grow in those gaps and easily cause new cavities. In Step 6, you'll receive The Ultimate Filling Guide and learn about every type of filling!

Step 3

Most cavities don't cause pain.

When a cavity forms on the OUTSIDE of your tooth, the MIDDLE layer thickens to protect your nerve at the CENTER. The result: less or no pain! Unfortunately, the cavity can continue to grow... sometimes so large it kills the tooth.

Frequently Asked Questions

+ Are cavities really reversible?

Yes, certain types of cavities are reversible. Teeth have three layers: Hard enamel on the outside, softer dentin under that, and a living pulp with nerves and blood vessels at the core of each tooth. If the cavity is small (only the enamel is weakened, and there's no actual hole in the tooth) it is called an “incipient carious lesion”.

By following the 7 steps above, incipient carious lesions can be reversed. By "reversed" we mean the outer enamel chemically changes, becomes more resistant to cavity formation, and the cavity stops growing (and may shrink a little). Newer research shows even carious lesions reaching the dentin can be reversed as well. ON THE OTHER HAND, if the cavity is deep into the dentin, or if there is an actual hole in the side of the tooth, it must be physically drilled and filled by a Dentist.

+ What about flossing?

Flossing is very important for two reasons: gum disease prevention and bad breath reduction.

The research clearly shows flossing does not prevent cavities UNLESS you're a child under 5 years old who receives a professional flossing every single day. Bottom line: Everyone should floss once per day to prevent gum disease and reduce bad breath. It doesn't matter what time of day.

+ Will this course tell me if I have a cavity?

No. The only way to reliably determine if you have a cavity is undergoing a full examination (including x-rays) by a licensed dentist. A dentist takes into account many factors when determining whether or not a tooth has a cavity. Cavities have very distinct properties and may not cause pain. For example: Some "white spots" on teeth are cavities, but other "white spots" are not! Some "brown spots" on teeth are cavities, but other "brown spots" are not!
